Classic Outdoor Christmas Decorating

Hang Christmas Lights Across The Roof and Down the Driveway

The three most popular light styles for hanging across the roof are C7 and C9 light bulbs as well as Icicle string lights. Hang Christmas lights in one solid color or create a cheerful holiday theme using combinations of red and green, blue and white or red, white and green!

Christmas Porch Decorations

Wrap your porch railings and staircase in string lights to match your roof lighting or decorate with greenery and matching bows.

If you don't want to get up on the roof or you're looking to add even more lighting to your home, hang moravian stars, starlight spheres or lighted snowflake decorations across the porch. You can even mix and match all three light to create a stunning light filled Christmas collage.

Light Wrapped Trees

Wrapping outdoor trees with string lights is a very popular outdoor Christmas decorating idea. Mini lights are perfect for wrapping most outdoor trees, however if you have large evergreens you may want to use C7 or C9 light strings for greater impact. If you choose to wrap one tree or create a forest filled with light, one thing is certain...the result will be breathtaking!
